Randy is a native of the Chicago area, and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1982. Randy had been coming to the area on vacations with his parents since the 1970’s, so his love of Florida led him to relocate permanently in 1984. He and his wife Judy have three grown sons, Matthew, Dan, and Joseph who are Florida natives, and grew up in the local area, and were each team co-captains on their respective varsity high school basketball teams. Randy enjoys coaching basketball, for all age groups, in his free time. Randy and Judy are active in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on the island, where their sons were altar servers growing up. They are happy to have welcomed their first grandchild in April of 2020.
Randy began his real estate career in 1986, when he joined the sales team at the Boca Grande Club. In 1989, he was asked to join the sales team for the new development of Boca Bay, and completed the build out of all seven Boca Bay neighborhoods. In 2000, Randy became one of the principal broker/owners of Gasparilla Properties and expanded his sales and management career. He has consistently performed in the top 1% of sales volume each year in the local Realtor Board, and works tirelessly for his real estate clients. Randy joined the Boca Grande Real Estate office in 2013 and has assisted them in expanding their sales division. This is the longest serving real estate office on Gasparilla Island and they are focused on helping their many valued customers.
Randy’s downtown office is located right next to the Boca Grande Post Office, at the corner of 4th and Park Avenue. Boca Grande Real Estate also has a Boca Bay branch office at the historic “Power House” building, on the south end of the island. Randy and his team specialize in sales and listings of properties on Boca Grande and for the Cape Haze peninsula. He is happy to provide his expertise of the island and the surrounding area, through his decades of market knowledge and real estate experience. This knowledge benefits buyers and sellers, as they navigate the sales process, because of the commitment that Randy and his team have to their clients.
