Randy, a native of the Chicago area, embarked on his real estate journey in 1986, establishing deep roots in the picturesque landscapes of Boca Grande. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Randy’s affinity for the Sunshine State prompted him to make it his permanent home in 1984. Alongside his wife Judy, Randy raised three Florida-native sons – Matthew, Daniel, and Joseph – all of whom excelled as team captains on their high school basketball teams.

Beyond real estate, Randy is passionate about coaching basketball for all age groups, embodying a commitment to community involvement. A devout member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Randy and Judy actively participated in the upbringing of their sons, who served as altar servers. The couple now cherishes their role as grandparents, celebrating the joyous arrival of six grandchildren in the last six years!

With a real estate career spanning nearly four decades, Randy’s journey includes pivotal roles in prestigious developments such as the Boca Grande Club and Boca Bay. In 2000, he became a principal broker/owner of Gasparilla Properties and expanded his sales and management career. He has consistently performed in the top 1% of sales volume each year in the local Realtor Board and works tirelessly for his real estate clients. Joining Boca Grande Real Estate in 2013, Randy played a vital role in expanding their sales division, contributing to the office’s status as the longest serving on Gasparilla Island.

Situated in the heart of Boca Grande, Randy’s downtown office, strategically located next to the Post Office, is complemented by a Boca Bay branch at the historic “Power House” building.
