Dan is a proud native of the Englewood/Boca Grande area, his roots deeply intertwined with the community. Baptized at Our Lady of Mercy church in Boca Grande, he served as an altar server for numerous years, with assistance from his two brothers Matthew and Joseph. Growing up with his two brothers, Dan developed a keen sense of camaraderie and community spirit.

In 2014, Dan graduated from Florida State University, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Real Estate. Eager to delve into the real estate industry, he honed his skills as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at Shenehon Company in Minneapolis for four years. There, he tackled intricate appraisal projects across the nation, gaining invaluable experience and an expertise in property valuation.

In 2018, Dan and Sophie returned to the Englewood area, driven by their desire to be closer to family and the community they hold dear. Joining forces with his father, Randy, at Boca Grande Real Estate in July 2018, Dan seamlessly integrated his expertise in property valuations into the team. His contributions have consistently propelled the team to the top ranks, securing accolades for the highest total dollar volume of real estate sales in Boca Grande.

On a daily basis, Dan navigates the intricacies of successfully marketing luxury real estate properties on Boca Grande. His commitment to excellence, paired with his deep understanding of the local market, ensures a seamless and rewarding experience for clients. His dedication to maintaining the highest standards in real estate services has contributed to the enduring success of Boca Grande Real Estate.

Outside the professional realm, Dan and Sophie embraced parenthood, welcoming their first child, Benjamin in April 2020, and their second child, Bradley, in January 2022.  Whether guiding clients through real estate transactions or fostering a sense of belonging within his own family, Dan approaches each endeavor with passion, integrity, and a steadfast dedication to excellence.
