Dan was born and raised in the Englewood/Boca Grande area, and was baptized at Our Lady of Mercy church in Boca Grande where he served as an altar server for many years alongside his two brothers. Dan graduated from Florida State University in 2014 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Real Estate. After college, he and his wife Sophie spent four years in the Minneapolis area where Dan was a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at Shenehon Company. While at Shenehon he worked on a variety of complex appraisal projects throughout the country. Dan and Sophie moved back to the Englewood area in 2018 to be closer to family and the community they love. Dan joined his father Randy at Boca Grande Real Estate in July of 2018. Dan’s expertise in property valuations have helped the team to take top honors and the # 1 ranking for total dollar volume of real estate sales in Boca Grande for 2019. Dan is involved on a daily basis with all of the intricacies of successfully marketing luxury real estate properties on Boca Grande. Dan and Sophie are expecting their first child in April 2020.
